The following tutorial will cover setting up email accounts, forwards and mail lists.
1. Login to the email administration site: http://mail.trinitywebhosting.com/cgi-bin/qmailadmin/
User acct: Postmaster
Domain name: your domain name
Password: your mail admin password (ask TWH support for this)
2. New Email accounts. Set up as many new email accounts as desired. You determine the beginning of the email address. The remainder of the address will be your domain name. Example: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
3. Forwards. As an alternative to setting up email accounts, you can set up forwards. This will enable the user to have a unique email address on their website that will forward to an existing email address. Example: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it forwards to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . This eliminates having to set up and check another email account.
4. Mailing Lists. You may set up separate mailing lists for different groups of people. Name your mail list and enter each email address individually that you want in that group email list.
5. Using and checking email accounts. If you have set up email accounts, you can access that account through either:
a) webmail. To access the account from webmail, go to: trinitywebhosting.com/webmail Your user account is your entire email address. Your password will be what you set it as in the mail admin.
b) your computer email program. To access your email from your computer email program, you will have to create a new account on that program. When setting up your account use the following settings:
POP (incoming) mail server: mail.trinitywebhosting.com
SMTP (outgoing) mail server: use your ISP or mail.trinitywebhosting.com.
