Webmail Changes
- Webmail can be accessed via mail.yourdomain.com or mail.cloudaccess.net
- When you login you will be taken to your "My Today Page".
- On the "Email" column on your left you will see your Inbox
- On the far left is the toolbar for contacts, folders, calendar, etc.
- The Settings Tool enables you to create auto responders and forwards
Email Client Setup – Outlook, Macmail, Iphone, etc.
Incoming Server (Note: when you first connect you may have to confirm a security exception)
- Server: mail.yourdomain.com or mail.cloudaccess.net
- Username: full email address
- Password: your password
- Security: StartTLS, TLS or SSL
- Port:
Pop Account
- Using StartTLS or TLS – use port 110
- Using SSL – use port 995
IMAP Account
- Using StartTLS or TLS – use port 143
- Using SSL – use port 993
Outgoing Server (Note: when you first connect you may have to confirm a security exception)
- Server: mail.yourdomain.com or mail.cloudaccess.net
- Use Authentication: Yes Username: full email address
- Password: your password
- Security: StartTLS, TLS or SSL
- Port
Using StartTLS, TLS – use port 587
Using SSL – use port 465
Email Management – Login to webmail using This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
FTP
- Host: yourdomain.com
- User and Pass will be provided by Trinity Web Hosting
