Trinity Web Hosting stands behind our services, and our goal is your complete satisfaction. We will always do our best to take care of clients — our philosophy is to partner with you. We will work fairly and reasonably with you; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.
Purchasing A Website or Hosting Package
Trinity Web Hosting (TWH) agrees to provide services as outlined in the product description or requested quote relevant to the purchase package. Services begin on the order date. TWH agrees to conform to website standards, upgrading on a continuum to provide extensive functionality and capabilities.
The purchaser (Client) agrees that service and billing begin on the date of purchase; costs relevant to the package or product ordered.
The first payment will consist of the equivalent of the Basic Startup Package or 50% of the quoted project cost, which will be due within 30 days of the order date. The Client has the right to cancel within 30 days of purchase, however, if the work has begun, they will be refunded for all charges with the exception of any labor and third party costs associated with the order accrued from order date to the date of cancellation.
Charges for Support Package packages will be invoiced annually or semi-annually or set up for monthly automatic credit card withdrawals as arranged in the initial purchase.

Tutorials
TWH will provide tutorials as needed. TWH will give the client a quote for any work beyond what their Package covers and will wait until client agrees with the quote before proceeding with any work to be done.
The client may request upgrades, downgrades, or site cancellation at any time. Billing for all site changes or site cancellation will be effective on the first day of the upcoming month.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to keep their contact information up to date.
The Client agrees to pay the invoices within 30 days of receiving the invoice.
Refunds and Cancellation:
There are no refunds for the Hosting and Support packages. Site cancellation will be effective on the first day of the upcoming month. Upon receiving a site-cancellation, TWH will release the domain.
The Client has the right to cancel within 30 days of a Website Package purchase, however, if the work has begun, they will be refunded for all charges except for any labor and third party costs associated with the Website Package accrued from the order date to the date of cancellation.
TWH reserves the right to terminate services and remove any website that is engaging in illegal, immoral or unethical activities as determined by TWH. TWH reserves the right to cancel services when overdue balances exceed 90 days.
